Their Caymus-Suisun Winery and Tasting Room will open in late 2018, and promises to usher in a new era in the wine-making history of the valley. Mario Lanza joined the winery in 1944 as a partner, and took over full ownership 11 years later. Wooden Valley Winery dates back to 1933, which makes it the oldest winery in Suisun Valley under continuous operation.
